Christopher L. Johnson is the Chief Officer of Inclusion, Diversity, Equity & Belonging at Frost Brown Todd.
In this role, Chris supports the firm’s diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives and goals. His roles include assisting in the development and implementation of diversity action plans as well as communication and engagement strategies. Chris also works with leaders, supporters, and champions across the firm to conceptualize and develop policies and practices that leverage DEI analytics to advance inclusivity and diverse representation across the firm’s national footprint.
With an extensive background in diversity education, community outreach and employee engagement strategies, Chris is a highly sought-out speaker who has presented as part of numerous workshops and panels on topics ranging from inclusive leadership practices to belonging and the retention of underrepresented talent.
Prior to Frost Brown Todd, Chris served as the interim Chief Inclusion and Diversity Officer for Humana Inc.
Across his various roles, Chris has supported and continues to champion initiatives to open the doors of education and opportunities for all.
Chris holds a B.A. degree from University of Louisville.
