Allison Green Johnson is Senior Vice President, Chief Diversity Officer & President, of the Lincoln Financial Foundation for Lincoln Financial Group.
In these roles, Allison oversees the company’s diversity, equity and inclusion strategy and practices, corporate philanthropy, and community involvement.
Throughout her career, Allison has held business operations; management consulting; organizational development and design; talent management; and diversity leadership positions of increasing responsibility at well-known companies, including Wyeth Pharmaceuticals (now Pfizer), Vanguard, The Hay Group (now Korn Ferry) and State Farm Insurance Company.
Allison has frequently been honored as a leader in diversity at Lincoln Financial Group; and externally through business, civic and community organizations, as well as various media outlets.
Allison is currently involved with several Chief Diversity Officer roundtables, a member of the Forum of Executive Women, World 50 Inclusion & Diversity Impact community, the i4cp Diversity Board of Directors, and a board member of Girl Scouts of Eastern Pennsylvania.
Allison earned her B.A. degree in Psychology at Spelman College, and her M.A. in Counseling Psychology at Howard University.
