Cheya Keve Dunlap serves as Chief Inclusion and Diversity Officer for Honeywell.
In this role, Cheya is responsible for leading, shaping, influencing, and implementing the Company’s inclusion and diversity strategy.
Cheya has more than 25 years of diverse HR leadership experience. She joined Honeywell in 2021, from Baker Hughes and General Electric (GE), where she had held various HR leadership roles, including Chief Diversity Officer for GE’s largest industrial unit, GE Power.
Prior to GE, Cheya held Sales and HR positions with Nestle’ USA and Lieberman Research. Cheya is a Certified Senior Professional in HR. She is an active volunteer and a member of several professional and civic organizations including the Society for Human Resources Management, Chief, and The Links, Inc.
Cheya is also a graduate of Leadership Houston. Cheya was named a 2021 Black Leader Worth Watching by Profiles in Diversity Journal, a 2022 Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB) Influential Leader, and a Top Diversity Officer for 2022 by the National Diversity Council.
Cheya earned a B.S. degree from Tuskegee University, an MBA from Claremont Graduate University and serves on the Drucker School Advisory Board.
