Charles A. Tribbett lll is a Partner at Russell. In this role, Tribbett specializes in board services assignments and has conducted CEO assignments, board searches, succession planning and executive assessment projects for leading international corporations.
Tribbett co-leads the firm’s CEO and Board Services Practice in the Americas, and is an expert on succession planning, board selection and diversity recruitment. Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Tribbett worked for a number of years as a corporate securities attorney with Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom.
In 2002, Tribbett co-founded the Black Corporate Directors Conference. This annual event provides a forum for a growing group of influential Directors to exchange ideas and concepts related to corporate governance, leadership and diversity in the boardroom.
Tribbett holds a Bachelor of Arts degree, magna cum laude, from Marquette University and a Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia.
