Charlene Jackson serves as the Global Chief Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Officer for Iron Mountain.
In this role, Jackson global responsibilities include the development and implementation of a “global strategy” that is “locally relevant”.
Jackson has significant experience championing and leading cultural transformation. Her team works collaboratively with the global executive team to create a culture with a universal sense of belonging – where every person feels their contributions are valued, their voice is heard, and all employees have the opportunity to achieve their goals and meet the needs of Iron Mountain’s customers.
Jackson joined Iron Mountain following a stellar corporate and entrepreneurial career. She began her career as an Investment Banker with Salomon Brothers becoming their first African American female managing director.
Jackson serves on the boards of the Richard Reese Employee Relief Fund, the Iron Mountain Charitable Foundation, and the Blue Egg Corporation, a privately held domestic for-profit entity.
Jackson holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School and a joint B.A./MBA from Claremont McKenna College and the Peter Drucker Management Center at the Claremont Graduate University.
