Candace Barnes is Vice President of Diversity, Talent and Culture at Papa Johns International, the world’s third-largest pizza delivery company with more than 5,900 restaurants in 50 countries and territories.

Candace catalyzes change and is a demonstrated leader in diversity, equity, and inclusion, learning and development, succession, high potential development, engagement and culture.

Devoted to building upon the existing strong foundation, she helps guide Papa Johns towards continued transformation into a values-driven, diverse, and inclusive employer. She leads the implementation of meaningful programs and projects with her team, cross-functional teams, executive leadership and the Board of Directors.

Candace is a member of CALIBR is a leadership association and professional network dedicated to accelerating the careers of mid-to-senior level African American executives.

Candace holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration (MBA), Supply Chain & Operations from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University.
