Calvin J. Crosslin is the President of the Lenovo Foundation, Chief Diversity Officer and Vice President of Human Resources for Lenovo. Lenovo is a $62 billion global company ranking 217 on the Fortune 500 and leader in personal computers, smart phones, tablets, enterprise servers, and gaming technologies.
As President of the Lenovo Foundation, Crosslin leads Lenovo’s global charitable giving strategy to empower under-represented populations with access to science, technology, engineering and math education. In addition to strategic giving, Lenovo Foundation also leads Lenovo’s response to natural disasters and global employee engagement. In addition to his leadership with Lenovo Foundation, Crosslin serves in numerous committee and board leadership roles in the non-profit sector.
As Chief Diversity Officer, Crosslin drives corporate vision, goals, strategies, and performance metrics for Lenovo’s Global Diversity & Inclusion Office, supporting 77,000 employees across 180 markets around the world.
Crosslin is also the Vice President of Human Resources for Lenovo’s corporate functions, including the Chief Legal Officer and Chief Security Officer. He also serves as the HR liaison to the legal team for Human Rights and Labor Standards for Lenovo’s Environmental, Social, Governance programs.
