Bobby J. Griffin was President of International Operations for Ryder Systems, Inc. a global provider of commercial transportation, logistics, and supply chain management solutions.
Griffin served in various senior management positions with Ryder System, Inc., including Executive Vice President, International Operations and Executive Vice President, Global Supply Chain Operations. Prior to Ryder System, Inc., Griffin was an executive at ATE Management and Service Company, Inc., which was acquired by Ryder System, Inc. in 1986. Griffin served as Deputy Director General for the ATE/DMJM joint venture of the Saudi Arabia Public Transportation Company.
In 2003, Griffin was listed among the “Most Distinguished Black College and University Graduates” by US Black Engineering & Information Technology Magazine.
Griffin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Geography with a concentration in Transportation and Urban Development from Morgan State University and a M.A. degree in Urban Economic Geography from the University of Cincinnati.
