Arnold W. Donald is President and Chief Executive Officer of Carnival Corporation & plc., a role he has held since 2013.
Previously, Donald was President and CEO of The Executive Leadership Council (“ELC”), a professional network of African-American executives of major U.S. companies, from 2010 to 2012.
Before ELC, Donald was President and CEO of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation International from 2006 to 2008. From 2000 to 2005, Donald was the Chair of the Board of Merisant Company and its CEO from 2000 to 2003.
From 1998 to 2000, Donald was SVP of Monsanto Company and President of its nutrition and consumer sector. Previously, he was President of its agricultural sector.
Donald holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Carleton College, a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Washington University, and an MBA from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.
