Amanda Clark is Chief Development Officer for Papa John’s International, Inc. In this role, Clark leads the company’s strategy to continue expanding its restaurant footprint in North America and internationally.
Prior to Papa John’s, Clark was Executive Vice President, Restaurant Experience at Taco Bell. In this role, she reinvented the customer experience by bringing together marketing, technology, architecture and design, and construction to create a unified vision.
Clark also was the leader of Urban Development for Taco Bell, bringing in new talent to develop emerging markets like New York and recruiting key franchise partners for expansion.
During her time at Taco Bell, Clark delivered strong results as General Manger of Canada, VP of Brand Marketing and leading North American Development always remaining focused on elevating the customer experience.
Having a son who was born at 27 weeks, helping the lives of premature babies is close to Amanda’s heart. She is an active donor to her local March of Dimes and regularly participates in their March for Babies with her son Maxwell and husband Seth. Clark graduated from Yale University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Theater Studies.
