Allison Green is the Senior Vice President, Diversity, Inclusion and Employee Engagement for Lincoln Financial Group, a leader in life insurance, annuities, retirement plan services and group protection services.
In this role, Green is responsible for diversity and inclusion strategy and implementation, as well as leadership of employee engagement initiatives helping shape company culture.
Throughout her career, Green has held business operations; management consulting; organizational development and design; talent management; and diversity leadership positions of increasing responsibility at well-known companies, including Wyeth Pharmaceuticals, Vanguard, The Hay Group and State Farm.
Green is an involved leader, volunteer, mentor, member or contributor to community organizations within the Philadelphia region. She has been frequently honored as a leader in diversity, both internally and externally, through various media outlets. Green currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Urban League of Philadelphia. She is also an active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated.
Green holds a B.A. degree in Psychology from Spelman College and her M.A. in Counseling Psychology from Howard University.
