Edward Baker-Greene is Senior Vice President of Human Resources, ING U.S. Retirement, Operations and Information Technology Businesses for ING U.S, a leading provider of retirement, investment management and insurance products and services.
Baker-Greene is a seasoned HR executive with a strong strategic business orientation and unique understanding of the retirement business that will ensure a deeply customer-focused
culture. His experience includes building HR functions, organizational design and development, leadership development, and compensation.
Prior to joining ING, Baker-Greene was Senior Vice President/Managing Director of Relationship Management at Fidelity Investments. At Fidelity, he led a team of relationship managers focused on securing profitable, at-risk retirement business and managed key institutional relationships in the Eastern U.S. region. Baker-Greene also served in senior HR leadership roles at Fidelity, including Head of HR for Workplace Investing and Vice
President of Talent Acquisition and Strategic Staffing.
Baker-Greene has a Bachelor’s degree from Tufts University and a Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia School of Law.
