Citi Appoints Titi Cole, Head of Global Operations and Fraud Prevention

Citi appoints Titi Cole, Head of Global Operations and Fraud Prevention. She will report to Jane Fraser, President of Citi and CEO of the Global Consumer Bank. She will start on August 17th.

Reporting to Titi will be the regional GCB Operations leaders – Rob Strub (NA), Kumar Ramachandran (Asia) and Beatriz Ruiz (Mexico) — as well as the global team – Maggie Thomason, Michael Steinbach, Jill Parris and Andy Stromsness.

“Titi is a dynamic, results-driven leader and 27-year industry veteran with a breadth of Consumer Banking and Operations experience across products, lending and customer-centric transformation. Importantly, Titi is a skilled people leader with a track record of developing and leading high performing teams,” said Fraser.

Titi joins Citi from Wells Fargo where she served as Executive Vice President and Head of Operations and Contact Centers for Consumer and Small Business Banking and global enterprise operations functions supporting all lines of business, including wholesale and wealth management, with responsibility for driving enterprise wide modernization and business transformation. At Wells since 2015, she also served as Head of Shared Services for Consumer Credit Solutions, supporting the consumer lending businesses. Prior to Wells, Titi led Retail Products and Underwriting at Bank of America and held leadership roles at BMO Harris Bank and McKinsey & Company.

Titi has a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Ibadan in Nigeria and an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
