Allison Green is Senior Vice President for Lincoln Financial Group. In this role, Ms. Green oversees the company’s diversity and inclusion practices that influence the workplace, marketplace and the communities where Lincoln Financial operates. She also oversees diversity and inclusion strategy and implementation. She is accountable to Lincoln’s leadership, employees and Board of Directors, to which she presents quarterly.

She joined Lincoln Financial from Wyeth Pharmaceuticals, where she developed strategy and practices for Wyeth’s global Manufacturing, Research and Development, and Technology divisions.

Ms. Green serves on the Main Line (PA) Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors. In 2008, Main Line Today Magazine selected her as one of 13 “Women on the Move,” which honors leaders who make an impact on the Main Line. She has led, volunteered, and contributed to several community and nonprofit organizations around Philadelphia. She earned her B.A. in Psychology at Spelman College and her M.A. in Counseling Psychology at Howard University.
