Senior Vice President, Staffing and Diversity & Inclusion, Weber Shandwick
Ms. Harrison leads the development and execution of diversity and inclusion strategies for Weber Shandwick. She drives programs designed to build a multicultural workforce that embraces different backgrounds, values multiple perspectives and enables personal and corporate success by ensuring fair access to opportunities.
Judith develops strategic diversity and inclusion plans and drives the sharing of best practices across the U.S., U.K. and E.U. She partners with diversity & inclusion leadership development and professional organizations to increase awareness of Weber Shandwick’s commitment to diversity and leads innovative diversity talent outreach initiatives to build a strong pipeline of potential staff.
Harrison serves on the board of directors of New York Women in Communications, where she raises funds to provide scholarships for young women entering the communications industries, and is on the advisory board of the Ron Brown Scholar Program, which provides scholarships and leadership opportunities for young African Americans of outstanding promise.
