Ms. Jackson is Managing Director of Corporate and Community Affairs for United Airlines and President of the United Airlines Foundation. Ms. Jackson serves as a key member of the cross-functional Corporate and Government Affairs (C&GA) team that creates integrated communications solutions across business operations, corporate communications, media relations, government affairs, international and regulatory affairs and social investment. Her focus is managing and building United’s image and reputation by helping the company select strategic investments in the important communities where it does business.

Ms. Jackson has served on the National Board of Directors of the NAACP. She is a board member of the Thelonious Monk Institute of Jazz. She is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese and some French.

Jackson holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Iowa.
