Ms. Washington is Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Gilead Sciences, Inc. She oversees the global finance organization and Investor Relations department. Gilead Sciences is a research-based biopharmaceutical company that discovers, develops, and commercializes innovative medicines to improve the care of patients suffering from life-threatening diseases.

She is currently a amember of the Board of Directors of MIPS Technology, Inc., Children’s Discovery Museum of San Jose and the Board of Visitors, Graziado School of Business and Management, Pepperdine University.

Robin is also a member of several forums for Chief Financial Officers, the Forum for Women Executives & Entrepreneurs, a troop leader for the Girl Scouts and an avid supporter of the Blind Babies Foundation.

Washington holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Michigan and a MBA from Pepperdine University.
