Tara D. Elliott is a prominent first-chair trial lawyer with a focus on intellectual property disputes and commercial litigation. Her extensive experience includes both private practice and government roles, equipping her to tackle complex legal issues for major companies in technology, retail, and manufacturing sectors.

Elliott’s legal prowess extends to handling cases involving infringement matters, corporate disputes, trademarks, trade secrets, and commercial contracts.

Elliott is currently a Trustee for the Foundation for the Advancement of Diversity in Intellectual Property Law and has held influential positions on the Federal Circuit Lawyers’ Advisory Council and the Third Circuit Lawyers Advisory Committee.

Elliott also served on the District of Delaware Merit Selection Panels for the US Magistrate Judge and Bankruptcy Judge vacancies.
