Michelle N. Lipkowitz is the Baltimore Office Managing Partner, an Executive Committee Member, and the firmwide Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Partner for Saul Ewing Arnstein & Lehr, LLP. She focuses her practice on commercial litigation, white-collar defense, and government investigations.
Lipkowitz brings a breadth of litigation experience, including traditional criminal experience, to her practice. Michelle has extensive experience dealing with highly sensitive matters and crisis management, including handling the press. Her practice includes internal and external investigations, commercial real estate matters, shareholder disputes, consumer class actions, construction matters, products liability, and contractual disputes.
Lipkowitz has extensive experience before various administrative bodies, and in state and federal courts throughout Maryland and across the country. She represents clients from a broad range of industries, including pharmaceutical, manufacturing, education, financial services, healthcare, construction, technology, and retail and telecommunications; as well as governmental entities and nonprofits.
Lipkowitz earned her J.D. from Georgetown Law, and her B.A. from Harvard University.
