Sola Winley is Executive Vice President of Corporate Strategy & Planning for A+E Networks. In this role, he supports enterprise-wide strategic initiatives to ensure that they are on track with A+E Networks’ business objectives.
As a member of A+E Networks’ executive team, Winley helps to create, assess and execute corporate and organizational strategy initiatives and identifies opportunities for enhanced cross-functional integration. He leads and supports the implementation of existing and future planning processes and recommends and evaluates solutions to ensure alignment and synergy.
Winley provides senior level consulting in the areas of leadership and executive coaching, team alignment and talent development across the organization. Winley assists in the design and facilitation of senior level management retreats, including A+E’s company meetings and helps to craft executive level internal and external messages on behalf of the CEO and company.
Winley is a member of the David Lynch Foundation Leadership Advisory Council and the Moth’s Director’s Circle. He is on the Advisory Board of the start-up technology firm Gauge.
Winley holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Connecticut, a Master of Arts from Adelphi University, a Master of Social Work from New York University and a Master’s in Business Administration from Fordham University’s Graduate School of Business.
