Keith Sanders is Vice President, Coworker Services of CDW, a leading provider of technology solutions to business, government, education and healthcare in the U.S., Canada and U.K. In this role, he is responsible for leading the Business Partner team focused on enabling the organization to implement strategy, drive results and focus on execution. He is also responsible for International Coworker Services, Leadership Development, Talent Management and Inclusion Practices for the company.
Prior to joining CDW in May 2016, Sanders was Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer for Huntington Bancshares in Columbus, Ohio. During the last 20 years, he has held a number of senior HR leadership roles, including positions at PepsiCo, Auto Nation, Macy’s and Target Corporation. He has a tremendous breadth of experience across multiple HR disciplines, including Compensation and Benefits, Employee Relations and Diversity and Inclusion.
Sanders stays active in his community by fundraising for cancer research and mentoring future leaders. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Florida Atlantic University.
