Benjamin F. Wilson is a Managing Principal of Beveridge & Diamond, P.C., a 100-lawyer firm that is focused on environmental and natural resource law, litigation and project development.
In this role, Wilson serves as lead counsel in complex litigation matters for major corporations
and developers, and represents cities and local government agencies on Clean Water Act
enforcement, wetlands development, Superfund and environmental justice matters. Currently, Wilson serves as the Court Appointed Monitor for the Duke Energy ash spill case.
In 2014, The Network Journal profiled Wilson in its “Attorneys at the Top” feature. Wilson established the African-American General Counsel and Managing Partners Network in 2012, and founded the Diverse Partners Network in 2008.
Wilson holds Bachelor of Arts degree in History – magna cum laude – from Dartmouth College and a Juris Doctor from Harvard University.
