William F. Kornegay, Jr. is Senior Vice President of Hilton supply management (HSM) for Hilton Worldwide. In this role, he directs the formulation and implementation of Hilton Worldwide’s corporate procurement policies and procedures and oversees the global HSM team, which negotiates and implements agreements with product and service providers.

With more than 20 years of operational leadership experience with Fortune 500 consumer goods companies, he joins Hilton Worldwide from Godiva Chocolatier, where he most recently served as Senior Vice President, Global Supply Chain, following the acquisition of Godiva by Yildiz Holdings from Campbell Soup Company. Kornegay was responsible for the global supply chain operations of the company, including global procurement, logistics, manufacturing, contract manufacturing, packaging, engineering and distribution services.

Kornegay spent 10 years at Campbell Soup Company, holding several leadership positions, including Vice President, Global Supply Chain, and a three-year international assignment as General Manager of UK operations. Kornegay earned his Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Northwestern University.
