Keith Sanders is Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer for Huntington Bancshares, a $59 billion regional bank holding company. In this role, Sanders oversees benefits and compensation, learning and development, inclusion, recruitment, employee relations, and human resources information systems and practices for all colleagues in all regions. Prior to joining Huntington in 2010, Sanders was Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer at PepsiAmericas, where he was responsible for integrating diversity elements and inclusive practices into all PepsiAmericas’ business and human capital processes. Sanders also served as Vice President of Human Resources for PepsiAmericas’ US operations and Worldwide Vice President of Compensation and Benefits.
Sanders serves on the boards for the King Arts Complex in Columbus, the African American Leadership Academy, the Columbus Museum of Art, the Columbus Zoo and the Bank Administration Institute. He is a member of the Society of Human Resource Managers, the National Association of African Americans in Human Resources and The Executive Leadership Council.
Sanders has a Bachelor’s degree from Florida Atlantic University.
