Stacia Jones serves Abercrombie & Fitch in two major capacities. First, she is VP Associate General Counsel, leading global efforts on employment for tens of thousands of employees in more than 20 countries across North America, Asia, Europe and the Middle East, including general employment, labor, health and benefits, works council and union management, discrimination, immigration and work authorization, litigation, and policy creation and implementation. She also provides legal support for new country set up and for employment matters related to franchises and joint ventures.
Stacia and her international team also manage globally, hundreds of lawsuits, administrative matters and threats of litigation. Her team attends hearings, court proceedings, alternative dispute resolution sessions, and prepares and/or reviews documents fi led with courts and administrative agencies.
Stacia is also VP, Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer, Global, leading the Company’s overall strategy on diversity and inclusion initiatives programming, education and training for associates, consumers and vendors in more than 20 countries. Through her D&I team’s efforts, the Company is focused on building leaders of inclusive culture, a culture that advances respect, makes space to relate and inspires unity.
