Sandra Rogers is the Vice President, Supply Chain for Hillrom, a global medical technology leader headquartered in Chicago, IL.

 

Rogers oversees supply chain strategy development and execution across all business units and regions. Since joining Hillrom in 2016, Rogers is transforming the supply chain organization by building and leading a global team responsible for sales & operations planning, distribution and logistics.

 

Rogers is executive sponsor of Embrace (the African American employee resource group), a member of the corporate Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging Council and chapter sponsor of the Professional Women’s Group.

 

Prior to joining Hillrom, Rogers was Vice President, Global Maintenance Services at NetJets Inc., a subsidiary of Berkshire Hathaway. At Honeywell Aerospace, she was Vice President, Customer Support Operations and led the Supply Chain Management Center earning the NNSA Team Award of Excellence. She began her career at General Motors, where she held leadership roles in Global Supply Chain and Service Parts Operations.

 

Rogers serves on the board for New Community Outreach and previously with INROADS.

 

Rogers earned a B.S. degree in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University and M.S. in Manufacturing Management from Kettering University.
