Ron G. Jones is a shareholder of Dickie, McCamey & Chilcote, P.C. He concentrates his practice in the areas of medical malpractice, estate planning and administration, sports law, and general liability defense.
Ron is a member of the fi rm’s Marketing Committee and Pro Bono Committee. In 2016, Ron was elected as a Hearing Committee Member for the Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania.
Ron’s professional accomplishments include Pennsylvania Super Lawyers® – Rising Stars 2017; Allegheny County Bar Foundation 2016 Young Professional Award of Excellence; The Legal Intelligencer’s 2015 Lawyer on the Fast Track Designee; Lawyers of Color Hot List 2014 Eastern Region Honoree; and David B. Fawcett Pro Bono Award – 5th Annual Recipient.
Ron has had numerous speaking engagements, including serving as a 100 Black Men Guest Lecturer for the Public Speaking Segment in 2015 and 2016.
Ron received his J.D. from Howard University School of Law (2008), M.B.A. from Howard University School of Business (2008) and B.A. in Sociology from the University of California, Los Angeles (2002). He also managed the UCLA Men’s Basketball Team from 1998 to 2001.
