Neisha Strambler-Butler is the Vice President of Compensation and Benefits for American Airlines.

 

In this role, Neisha leads the design, execution and operations of all compensation, benefits, and employee health programs to complement American Airlines’ strategic business direction.

 

Prior to joining American in September 2017, Neisha was head of Global Benefits and Human Resource Programs at Texas Instruments. She led health and financial benefits globally in addition to the occupational health and wellness programs.

 

Neisha spent 22 years at Texas Instruments in numerous human resources leadership roles. Prior to joining Texas Instruments, Neisha worked for Coopers & Lybrand (now PricewaterhouseCoopers).

 

Neisha is a ministry leader at St. Paul United Methodist Church, member of the Texas Women’s Foundation Village Giving Circle and has previously served on the board of the Red Cross.

 

Neisha graduated from Southern Methodist University with degrees in Accounting and Organizational Development, and she received her MBA from Northeastern University.
