Najuma Atkinson is an experienced leader with more than 20 years leading teams in the fields of Business Operations, Call Center Management and Human Resources. Throughout her career, Najuma has consistently created strategies to strengthen leadership diversity, drive innovation, and use her analytical leadership and passion for customers to enhance the customer experience.

As Senior Vice President for Customer Advocacy, Data Insights & Analytics, Najuma develops end-to end customer data insights and analytics strategies to enable delivery of seamless, simplified experiences focused on the customer. Najuma’s dedicated team of data scientists, advisors, and analysts gather customer data across Dell Technologies to provide actionable insights across the customer journey, deliver real business results and optimize the customer experience.

Najuma is an executive sponsor of the Black Networking Alliance and the Fisk University President’s Club. She currently sits on the board of directors for the Boys and Girls Club of the Austin Area in Austin, Texas.

Najuma holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Fisk University and a Master’s degree in Organizational Management from Trevecca Nazarene University.
