Quicken Loans ranked highest in the country for customer satisfaction for primary mortgage origination by J.D. Power for the past nine consecutive years, 2010 – 2018.
Yowell is responsible for developing and implementing the corporate talent development and organizational effectiveness strategy.
Yowell has more than 20 years of experience in client service, sales and corporate education, focused on impacting organizational success. She is a member of the Siena Heights MBA Advisory Board.
In 2018, Yowell was recognized as “40 Under 40” by the Michigan Chronicle for her exceptional achievements and community service.
Yowell holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, a Master of Arts in Adult Education and Training, a Master of Management and Administrative Sciences and a Master of Business Administration.
