James Ray, Jr. served as President of Stanley Engineered Fastening for Stanley Black & Decker, a diversified global provider of hand tools, power tools and related accessories, electronic security solutions, healthcare solutions, engineered fastening systems, and more.
In this role, James results-oriented experience included business transformation execution, strategy development, customer relationship management, engineering, restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, and global business integration.
Prior to that, James was Senior Vice President & General Manager at TE Connectivity, where he was responsible for North and South America’s automotive connectivity business.
James earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Howard University and a Master of Science in Manufacturing Management from Kettering University.
