Dionysia Johnson-Massie is a Shareholder at Littler, focusing her practice on class, single plaintiﬀ, and state and federal agency claims involving employment discrimination, harassment, pay equity, and retaliation.
Dionysia also focuses on strategic compliance issues, including corporate diversity and inclusion strategies, and counsels clients regarding high-level brand damaging events.
Dionysia often presents to leading business associations and organizations, has authored a number of articles and papers, and has been quoted in national publications.
Dionysia is the ﬁrst African-American female shareholder elected to serve on Littler’s Board of Directors, the ﬁrst African-American promoted to shareholder in the Atlanta oﬃce, the second African-American female shareholder to elevate from associate to the ﬁ rm’s highest equity partnership level.
Dionysia is a founding member of the ﬁ rm’s Diversity and Inclusion Council, and she is a founding Co-Chair of its Women’s Leadership Initiative.
Dionysia earned two Bachelor of Arts degrees (English and Psychology) from Yale College and her JD from the University of Virginia.
