Dean Seavers served as Chairman and President at National Grid USA, the business unit of National Grid Plc.
In this role, Seavers led a business transformation focused on financial performance, safety, and employee engagement. He previously was Co-Founder and CEO of Red Hawk Fire & Security, now part of ADT Security Services. Under his leadership, Red Hawk grew to become the second-largest independent fire and security platform in the U.S., providing fire and integrated security solutions to large and mid-sized commercial customers.
Seavers previously served as President of Global Services for UTC Fire & Security Corp., President and Chief Executive Officer of GE Security, President of SimplexGrinnell, a subsidiary of Tyco International, Senior Vice President at ADT (Tyco Corp), and Operations Director for Burger King Corp.
