David Henry is Senior Vice President of Connected Home Business at NETGEAR, the world’s leading provider of networking technology for the smart home and small businesses. In this role, David has global P&L responsibility and leads the product marketing, product management, and engineering organizations.
A 15-year NETGEAR veteran, David started his career as the Sr Product Line Manager for wireless router products where he launched NETGEAR’s RangeMax™ product line, which propelled NETGEAR into the premium WiFi market. Over the course of his career, David has launched and developed several of the flagship product lines for the company including Nighthawk™ premium routers, Orbi™Mesh WiFi, and Nighthawk Pro Gaming. Presently, David is driving the transformation of the Connected Home business from a strictly hardware focused product line to a subscription-based value-added services business with the introduction of NETGEAR Armor™ – a cybersecurity offering.
David also works with The Village Method (TVM), a Bay Area community-based youth development organization.
David holds an MBA and Master of Science in Engineering Management from Stanford University and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Washington.
