Boise has extensive experience structuring, leading and negotiating strategic investments including mergers and acquisitions, and joint ventures around the globe for multinational companies and addressing legal and business challenges in foreign markets, particularly in China, Brazil, Europe, India, the Philippines and Australia.
Boise serves on the Board of Directors of Federal Home Loan Bank, Cincinnati, a $100 billion wholesale bank providing financial services and liquidity for residential housing and economic development to financial institutions in the FHLB System’s Fifth District.
Boise holds a Bachelor’s of Business Administration from the University of Michigan Business School, magna cum laude, and a Juris Doctor from the University of Chicago Law School.
