Alvin Tyrone Jeffers is Vice-President, Global Manufacturing & Supply Chain for SPXFLOW, Inc.

In this role, Jeffers is currently responsible for the Global Manufacturing and Supply Chain organization for SPXFLOW. SPXFLOW is a $1.5B premier process solutions provider for the food, beverage, and industrial markets. Jeffers has responsibility for the 20 global manufacturing plants.

Prior to joining FLOW in 2018, Jeffers served at the Supply Chain Integration leader for the BHGE merger. His team drove cost efficiency and rooftop rationalization to deliver over $1.0B cost synergies.

Jeffers started his career with General Electric in 1996 as a manufacturing training program member (OMLP). He would spend the next 22 years running factories and supply chain within GE Industrial and GE Oil & Gas. His career includes 2 years of living in Shanghai, China. One of his career highlights was serving as one of the global operating leaders for GE’s African American Forum.

Jeffers serves as the Chairman of the NC A&T Engineering Advisory Board, where he partners the university with industry to drive innovation and growth.

Jeffers graduated from NC Agricultural & Technical State University with a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering.
