Adrian Mitchell is Managing Director and Partner for BCG, a global management consulting firm.
In this role, Adrian leads client relationships and strategic projects for Fortune 500 clients. His expertise includes growth strategy, customer experience redesign, digital/innovation, large-scale operating model transformations, and data & advanced analytics programs designed to accelerate sales and profitability growth for clients.
Prior to BCG, Adrian served as Board Director for Recreational Equipment, Inc. (REI). He also served as Chief Executive Officer for Arhaus responsible for all functions and operations of the Company. Prior to that, Adrian served in several roles at Crate and Barrel Holdings, Inc. including Interim Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating & Financial Officer, and Chief Financial Officer across all brands and geographies.
At Target Corporation, Adrian led the Strategy & Online Operations Team for Target.com. His team won several awards including the International Webby Award. Prior to that, he led Productivity & Innovation Team focused on delivering enterprise-wide projects for Target. Before Target, Adrian spent 10 years as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company.
Adrian holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and Bachelor’s in Chemical Engineering from Louisiana State University.
