Eric Yarbro is a Senior Vice President with CBRE, the world’s largest commercial real estate services and investment firm. In this role, Yarbro handles the relocation, disposition and marketing of office space throughout New York City, with a particular focus on Penn Station and Grand Central, as well as other submarkets. Yarbro has created comprehensive strategic plans for his clients that involved the selection of building-trade professionals for architectural services including programming and design, construction management, project management and monitoring the overall construction process through to move-in. Notable clients include Eastman Kodak, General Motors, Western Union, McAfee, Music Choice and Continental Airlines.

Yarbro is the Founder and Chair of CBRE’s African American Network Group (AANG), as well as the Founder of Commercial Real Estate Services Network, (C.R.E.S.E.N.T.), an organization dedicated to promoting opportunities for minorities in mixed-use commercial development.

Yarbro holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management from Bentley College.
