Yum Brands Appoint Eric Craft as Chief Supply Chain Officer for KFC.
In this role, Eric will lead our supply chain strategy with a focus on procurement, transformation and sustainability. He’ll also work closely with cross-functional leaders across the globe to identify supply chain management best practices and tools to scale across our markets.
Prior to KFC, Eric served as Executive Director, Global Operations Supply Chain for Collins Aerospace.
In this role, Eric Led global Direct and Indirect Supply Chain teams to meet quality, service level, delivery and cost expectations of numerous manufacturing/ repair sites and customers. Establish and cultivate an inclusive and collaboration culture across a global, diverse team of Supply Chain professionals.
Eric holds a B.S., Chemical Engineering from Hampton University and a MBA from University of Michigan – Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
