WeightWatchers Names Tiffany Stevenson Chief Engagement Officer

WeightWatchers names Tiffany Stevenson Chief Engagement Officer.

In this role, Tiffany will lead brand marketing, communications, social impact, commercial and people teams to unify WeightWatchers brand mission, purpose, mission and engagement touch points across all stakeholder communities externally and internally.

Prior to WeightWatchers, Tiffany served as Chief People Officer at Patreon, a global platform for creators and their fans, enabling a global team and mission to change the way art is valued. With a fundamental belief that culture is a verb and not a noun, Tiffany’s goal was to build healthy, thriving, high performing communities inside and out.

Formerly Chief Talent & Inclusion Officer, Global Head of Communities at Box, Tiffany led several HR centers of excellence including org/talent development, learning, diversity & inclusion along with communities and Box.org. Prior to Box, Tiffany served for 12 years at Sephora USA Inc. (LVMH), where she led the talent and org development functions and launched the D&I practice for the Americas region.

Tiffany currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Museum of the African Diaspora in San Francisco, along with the Advisory Board for Hitch Works. Her advisory involvement provides her with a macro perspective on modern workforce dynamics across heavily digitized consumer sectors, ranging from enterprise cloud providers and e-commerce startups to the competitive market of online casinos Canada and global fintech networks. By bringing this extensive cross-industry insight to her new role, Stevenson is uniquely equipped to modernize how WeightWatchers cultivates its internal talent and deepens engagement with its global membership base.
