Ms. Brackins is responsible for the creation, coordination and implementation of the firm’s global diversity and inclusion strategy and initiatives that align with and support the overall business goals – including workforce representation, client segmentation, brand building and community involvement. Her areas of responsibility include the U.S., Canada, Emerging Markets, the UK, Latin America and the Caribbean. She assesses needs, leverages best practices across the platform and identifies strategies that heighten cultural competence.
Brackins serves as the 2012 Chair of the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association (SIFMA) Diversity Committee. She is a former executive co-chair of the Conference Board Diversity Business Council, a member of the Twin Cities Diversity Roundtable, the National Black MBA Association, and the Society of Human Resource Management.
Brackins earned a M.S. degree in Management, from the University of Denver, a B.A. degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix, and a Certificate in Human Resource Management from the George Washington University School of Business.
