Tonit M. Calaway
Vice President, Human Resources & President, Harley-Davidson Foundation, Harley-Davidson, Inc.
Calaway is also President of the Harley-Davidson Foundation. The Harley-Davidson Foundation was established in 1993 to support the communities where the company has facilities, improve the lives of stakeholders and encourage social responsibility. Under Calaway’s leadership, the foundation support organizations such the Disabled American Veterans, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Metro Milwaukee, YMCA of Metropolitan Milwaukee.
She serves as a member of the Board of Directors for Meta House, Inc., the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee Foundation and the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Milwaukee.
Calaway received her undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. She also holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Chicago Law School.
