With diverse leadership experience, Kay will serve as a subject matter expert, strategist, and program execution leader in driving measurable results for Sysco’s labor relations strategy. Her expertise will engage, influence, and support leaders and human resources in achieving results aligned with business goals.
Before joining Sysco, Kay was VP of Global Labor and Employee Relations at Honeywell, overseeing labor and employee relations for their performance, materials, technology, and aerospace businesses worldwide. She also brings a depth of knowledge and demonstrated success in labor relations, contract negotiations, regulatory compliance, and arbitration from previous roles at Eaton Corporation and Entergy Corporation.
