Ms. Battles provides strategic communications support for the Chairman, President, and CEO, of the $5.3 billion company. This includes: communicating the company’s strategies and developments to a variety of stakeholders, including investors, and articulating the company’s positions on key business and market issues. She also leads the company’s communications strategies for crisis/issues management and external diversity. She was awarded Pitney Bowes’ highest employee honor — Walter H. Wheeler, Jr. Award for her exceptional contributions to the company.
Ms. Battles serves on the Board of Directors and the Executive Committees of the Stamford Center for the Arts and the Stamford Partnership. She is a member of the Stamford-Norwalk Chapter of Jack and Jill of America, Inc., and The Fairfield County Chapter of The Links, Incorporated, the Arthur W. Page Society, Public Relations Society of America, the Stanford University Alumni Association, and the Stanford National Black Alumni Association.
Battles is a National Achievement Scholar and she graduated from Stanford University with a degree in Human Biology.
