Odgers Berndtson U.S. Appoints Tammy Jackson as a Partner in the Healthcare and Technology Practices

Odgers Berndtson, the world’s sixth largest global executive search firm, is pleased to announce Tammy Jackson has joined the firm as a Partner in the Healthcare and Technology Practices in the Atlanta office.

Tammy has deep experience in recruiting and executive search in the healthcare, technology and health-tech sectors. She is the former vice president for executive search for Slone Partners, where she managed full-cycle searches from client startup to candidate selection and onboarding. Prior to that, she was a senior associate at WittKieffer, an executive search firm specializing in healthcare, higher education and life sciences.

In her new role as Partner at Odgers Berndtson U.S., she will partner with technology, healthcare and life science companies, as well as venture-capital and private-equity-backed startups to identify key executives.

Tammy is a leader in the industry and the community, serving as President-Elect of the National Association of Health Services Executives Atlanta Chapter and as a board member for STEMPossible, Inc, which provides opportunities for Mississippi youth to learn about STEM topics and professions. She is also a passionate advocate for Diversity and Inclusion and serves as D&I Committee Chair of the American College of Healthcare Executives Georgia Chapter.

Before beginning her career in executive search, Tammy worked as a technology analyst and developer with Accenture. She later led and managed large-scale software development and technology initiatives for other technology companies. Tammy earned a B.S. in Management Information Systems from The University of Memphis.
