Nneka Rimmer was named President, Global Flavors & Extracts at McCormick & Company.
Prior to her new role, Ms. Rimmer served as Sr. Vice President, Business Transformation, is responsible for leading all business transformation initiatives. Ms. Rimmer oversees the company’s Global Information Technology, Global Enablement, Enterprise S/4 HANA business transformation and its corresponding Change Management teams. She is a member of McCormick’s Management Committee.
Ms. Rimmer joined McCormick in 2015 and most recently served as SVP, Strategy and Global Enablement. Prior to joining McCormick, she was a Partner and Managing Director with the Boston Consulting Group. While at Boston Consulting Group for 13 years, she executed large-scale transformation initiatives working with large global consumer goods corporations. Her areas of strategic expertise included trade, competition, international growth, go-to-market strategies as well as organizational development.
She began her career with Motorola in the Semiconductor Products Sector. She was a product development consultant for the George Group and a strategy consultant for EthnicGrocer.com.
Ms. Rimmer has a BS in Chemical Engineering from Stanford University, an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and a JD from Northwestern University School of Law. Ms. Rimmer serves on the Board of Directors for SupHerb Farms, Vivanda, University of Maryland, Baltimore and Energizer Holdings, Inc.
