Ms. Green is Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Illinois Tool Works Inc. (ITW), a Fortune 200 diversified manufacturer of highly engineered components and industrial systems and consumables. With $17.8 billion in revenues, ITW is a multinational manufacturer of a diversified range of value-adding and short lead-time industrial products and equipment. She has completed over 150 mergers and acquisitions since joining the Company.

Green is a member of the bar in New York, Illinois and the District of Columbia. She is also a Board Member of the DuSable Museum and the Chicago Urban League. She is a member of the Economic Club of Chicago, the American and Chicago Bar Associations, International Women’s Forum, Executive Leadership Council and the Association of Corporate Counsel. In addition, she is an adjunct professor at the John Marshall School of Law

Green received a Juris Doctorate degree from Boston University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
