Malcomb Coley is the Office Managing Partner for the Charlotte, N.C. office of Ernst & Young LLP, a US member firm of the global EY organization. In this role, Coley oversees an office of 570 employees and is responsible for the deployment of Vision 2020 throughout the Charlotte region, empowering the firm’s people with the knowledge and resources needed to best serve their clients. Coley also oversees the recruitment efforts and growth of the office, as well as the office’s involvement in community benefit efforts.
Coley currently serves on the Board of Directors of several organizations including the Charlotte Chamber of Commerce Board of Advisors, the United Way of Central Carolinas, The First Tee of Charlotte, Belk College of Business Board of Advisors for UNC-Charlotte and the Cameron School of Business Executive Advisory Board for UNC-Wilmington. He is also on the Board of Visitors for UNC-Wilmington, the President of Rehab Therapy Foundation, Inc., and a member of the 100 Black Men of Atlanta.
Coley holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and MBA from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington.
