Ms. Bradford directs programs in diversity and inclusion, sustainability, economic development, volunteer programs and charitable response to disasters that together promote a broader definition of social responsibility for Regions Financial Corporation, a top U.S. bank-holding company with $122 billion in assets, operating 1,700 banking offices in 16 states. Corporate Social Responsibility operates cross-functionally with different lines of business, including Human Resources, Marketing, Corporate Communications, Community Affairs, and Mortgage.
Her commitment to community service is seen through her work as a board member of the YWCA of Central Alabama, the Alabama Region of the American Red Cross, and the Birmingham Civil Rights Institute. She is a member of the 2008 class of Leadership Birmingham and the Children’s Hospital Committee for the Future.
Bradford holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Rhode Island College and is a 2007 graduate of the Wachovia Executive Leadership program at the University of North Carolina. She also completed Boston College’s Management Development Program in Corporate Community Involvement.
