Ms. Tucker is responsible for developing and implementing innovative cultural diversity initiatives; establishing and implementing Boeing’s affirmative action plans; investigating and resolving internal and external EEO complaints; ensuring compliance with federal, state and local EEO mandates; enhancing the effectiveness of Boeing’s Alternative Dispute Resolution and Corrective Action Programs and creating and building relationships with internal and external diversity stakeholders.

Tucker is a nationally recognized expert with more than thirty years of experience in equal employment opportunity (EEO) and affirmative action in both the public and private sectors.

In 2001, Tucker was appointed by former President George W. Bush to serve on the White House Initiative Advisory Board for Historically Black Colleges and Universities.
She currently serves on the board of directors for the Near North Health Service Corporation and the Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Boys and Girls Club of Chicago.

Tucker received her Juris Doctorate from The John Marshall Law School and is a member of the Illinois Bar.
